I’m not sure where my client Karen got these images from, but she wanted her manicure to look exactly the same, so I did it for her! *images credited to original owner Chalkboardnails and another whom I don’t know.(please let me know if you know who she is)
Before she came, I wanted to make sure I could do them well, so I did a mock up.
The owls were so adorable, my boyfriend loved them too!
I have to say, Karen’s so nice and sweet she’s definitely another to be added to the priority list!
Thank you for being so decisive, for the prompt deposits and being so easy-going!
I had so much fun!
Jessica came for her second set of Gelish after a month!
She had traditional gel before her first set of Gelish and amazingly her nails are still very strong and healthy!
Here’s proof that Gelish can last a month:
After taking off the sweet leopard print ribbons, she opted for Alice in Wonderland! Her nails are long and slender, I managed to get 3 ribbons on one nail instead of 2!
I love girly nails!
Here they are!
This time, I took pictures of the sides as the previous time, the poker card symbols didn’t show…
I enjoyed the session with Jessica, though it did take quite some time.
Jessica’s so nice and kind that even when I forgot to take pictures, she ran back up the stairs when she heard me exclaiming, just so that I could take some pictures!
I love nice customers!
The Nail Max this month had fabulous designs, I love 99% of them all!
One of which is this set of design which I combined with another. It just says “Alice in Wonderland” doesn’t it?
Esther was so kind to allow me do this design for her, and she was so so patient with me!
I had a hard time drawing the miniature poker card symbols, the lace was the hardest! I couldn’t get accuracy like I usually do.
But overall the entire set turned out lovely!
My favorite of this set is the ribbons, though I must say the nails with the lace and symbols are super cute!
Sometimes you don’t have to have Alice and the rabbit or the clock, just symbols, little bits and pieces of the story to take you there.
This design is one of the most inspiring designs I’ve ever come across.
Get ready for a whole load of pictures….
This is one of my personal favorites. I saw this design in Nail Max latest issue and had been wanting to do it ever since.
Ying already did it on her design charts, and Marilyn picked this right after her fancy Chanel set.
I am so so so in love with this set, how I wished I had such slender, gorgeous hands and pretty nail beds like Marilyn’s.
She didn’t want the full set exactly as per the magazine and left me to match the nails with the embossed flowers with whatever I deem fit. I wanted a clean, demure look for her so I chose a contemporary French tip, lined with polka dots.
The result is a clean, simple, yet polished and sweet look. Reminds me of Disney Princess Cinderella for some reason. Perhaps it’s the blue.
This set is done with Artistic Color Gloss’s Tease, a popular favorite amongst our clients.
This set made my day. I know it’ll be a hot favorite!
This is a set of marbling on the toes, topped with gorgeous square studs! The effect is a classy and elegant set of nails-picture the lady with a long gorgeous beach dress, halter neck with a gold piece at the neck…
The colors reflect a relaxing beach, soothing waves, hence the name “The Oasis Paradise!”. I did this set of pedicure to match Ying’s masterpiece manicure.
I love this set so much, actually the ENTIRE set, as the design Ying did on the hands was awesome! Look at how gorgeous those hands are! In definitely gonna try this set on myself someday.
And once more I wanna take this chance to thank my fabulous mentor Ying for sharing with me! She is an angel!
